I have some real leaders in my life. When I smiled often because I know how they helped shape my career, gave me a thirst for the pursuit of excellence and introduce myself to the world of my own research company owned. I am forever grateful to those who have encouraged inspired, disciplined and recognized me in the early years of my career. Give an employee happy and in return I have so many things that could be customers served by the public.

As part of our annual tradition, we recruited our database of buyers mystery and contacted some of our customers and ask them, stories of great teachers, they share their lives. We are inundated with responses, but selected some of our favorites to send to you all.

Take the example of one of our customers with a common value for a publishing company, we serve. He said, I think the best boss I ever had heard the best for me, this mutual respect he had for each employee. Please take time to know their employees on the job. This boss gets very everyone involved with strange tastes and dislikes them. He took time to the role played by each office worker, a man of responsibilities and tasks associated with day by day. You understand respects workers who had to work with, and in return, would be very easy to respect and position.

The CEO of Philadelphia-based corporate events and special friend in the market said the definition of good boss is the man who really listens to its employees and recognizes the many ways that people must be heard.

Another example from a worker at a busy factory; he is one of many other factory worker in Washington DC and one day his father just got heart-attack and he had to go to hospital to take care of his father. Then he had to left his work place meanwhile he was working but his boss just appeared as soon as he knew the problem of that worker. His boss asked him to go to hospital and took care of his father and his job is still there for him. That worker was very delighted and he still got paid even when he was away from his position. As the result he spent his whole life working there until he retired.
