This is really a good idea and easy just creating new interesting video with just around 10 second is enough. If longer visitors may switch to other without watching it all in detail. Have a voice over or talk directly to camera and have your video programs be somewhat of a direct appeal for new members. Entertain and educate your viewers at the same time and have them want to learn more.
