Arranging time can make you are reliable. You get your work done on time, organized, and not overwhelmed with projects. Time is very valuable which you can 't buy so when it pass, it won't back again.
Using a paper planner primarily to note and arrange your time is a personal habit. Usually we use small note book with column of date and time. If you have to do something, you note it down as a task so you won't forget or miss anything. It will help you to reduce the chance to miss meeting so everything is in your hand. It also can help you if there is anything wrong.
Here are some tips that will help you to organize your TIME!
- In order to manage your time you need to set goals for yourself but remember that set goals that are REALISTIC!
- The first thing you must do is a task list (to-do-list) so that you see what has to be done and the list also acts as reminder.
- Once you have the list, do not spend half your time to rearranging and organizing it.
- You should break up your to-do-list in what you can achieve in a day, week or month which will also help you organize if tasks are big and require a lot of time or not.
- Once you have set your goals and you have created a CALANDAR try the best you can to follow your plan. Nevertheless, you might have to change things or might not be able to achieve everything. This is not the end of the world.
